The problem
Lodges and properties run serious operations on tools that cannot keep up.
Fuel, power and water are the largest costs a property can actually control, and almost every property tracks them the same way: one storekeeper, a stack of spreadsheets, a few scraps of paper and a WhatsApp group. It works, until it quietly doesn't.
