These terms of use govern your use of the website at lodgestock.ai (the “Site”), operated by Wild Spaces Ventures Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 17422068, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. By using the Site you accept these terms.

These terms cover the public marketing website only. Access to and use of the LodgeStock platform by customers is governed by the LodgeStock Terms of Service (lodgestock.ai/terms), Data Processing Agreement (lodgestock.ai/dpa) and the applicable Order Form, which prevail over these terms for platform use.

You may view and use the Site for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure, introduce malicious code, or use the Site’s content to build a competing product without our written permission.

Automated access to the Site, including by search engines and by crawlers that collect content to index it or to train artificial-intelligence models, is permitted where it follows the instructions in our robots.txt file at lodgestock.ai/robots.txt. Any other automated access, including scraping the Site at scale, requires our written permission.

The Site and its content, including the LodgeStock name, logo, text, design and images, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them, other than viewing the Site, sharing links to it and automated access permitted under clause 2.2, without our written permission.

The Site’s content is provided for general information about LodgeStock. It is not advice, and while we keep it up to date, we make no promise that it is complete or error-free. Product descriptions on the Site do not form part of any contract; the Service a customer receives is defined by its Agreement with us. We may change or withdraw Site content at any time.

The Site is provided free of charge and “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend or withdraw it without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where the Site links to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience; we have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, their content.

Personal data collected through the Site is handled in accordance with our privacy policy at lodgestock.ai/privacy. For any question about personal data, contact privacy@lodgestock.ai.

We may amend these terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
